BOOK A STYLE-MATCH PILOT

See how Vowform works inside your style.

Begin with a controlled inquiry and pilot process before handing off a complete wedding. Tell us about your studio, workflow, style, and production needs so we can recommend the right starting point.

$49 photo pilot: up to 75 selected wedding photographs. The fee is credited toward the first qualifying full gallery.

01

No file upload at inquiry

Project files are requested only after scope and access details are confirmed.
02

White-label by design

The working relationship is built around your studio, brand, and client experience.
03

Scope before production

Pricing, deliverables, revisions, deadline, and file handling are confirmed first.
04

Human review

Style matching and production decisions are reviewed by people—not left to automation alone.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A useful inquiry gives us enough context to recommend the right test.

You do not need every project detail finalized. The most helpful information is your current workflow, examples of finished work, the production challenge you want to solve, and the type of support you are considering.
01

Show us your finished style

Share a public portfolio, completed gallery, or film that represents how you want future work to feel.
02

Describe the production problem

Tell us where time is being lost: culling, full-gallery editing, retouching, film backlog, or seasonal capacity.
03

Share real project limits

Approximate image counts, footage volume, cameras, deliverables, deadlines, and revision expectations improve the recommendation.
STEP-BY-STEP FORM

Book your Vowform starting point.

Required fields are marked. This is an inquiry—not a payment or automatic booking.

No project files are uploaded through this form. Vowform will request files through an agreed secure transfer method only after reviewing the inquiry and confirming scope.

AFTER YOU SUBMIT

A clear path from inquiry to first delivery.

Submitting the form does not reserve capacity. It gives Vowform the context needed to assess fit, recommend scope, and explain the secure next step.
01

Inquiry review

We review your services, workflow, references, volume, and requested timing.
02

Scope recommendation

You receive the recommended starting point, boundaries, information needed, and any questions.
03

Secure file request

When the project is a fit, files are requested through an agreed transfer method—not the website form.
04

Pilot or first project

The approved test or project moves through production and internal quality control.
05

Feedback and next step

Consolidated feedback is applied, the style profile is refined, and recurring options can be discussed.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT STARTING POINT

Photo, film, and retouching begin differently.

The $49 pilot is specifically designed for selected wedding photographs. Film projects and complex retouching require a scope review because footage volume, donor files, deliverables, and technical complexity vary more widely.
PHOTO

Style-Match Pilot

Up to 75 selected photographs, reference and preset review, style matching, and one consolidated feedback round.
FILM

Scoped Film Inquiry

Share footage volume, camera count, intended deliverables, reference films, music responsibility, and deadline.
RETOUCH

Feasibility & Quote

Share the correction request and source-file details. Vowform confirms feasibility, donor requirements, price, and turnaround.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Your first contact should not expose the wedding files.

The booking page collects business, workflow, style, and scheduling information only. Source photographs, catalogs, footage, audio, and private project materials are requested later through a confirmed workflow.

The inquiry form does not request:

  • RAW wedding photographs
  • Lightroom catalogs or Smart Previews
  • Wedding video footage or audio
  • Client contracts or private credentials
  • Payment card information
BOOKING FAQ

Questions before you submit.

The inquiry is designed to collect enough information for an informed reply without asking you to send private wedding files too early.
01

Is the $49 pilot available for film editing?

The published $49 pilot is for up to 75 selected wedding photographs. Film tests are scoped separately because footage volume, sync requirements, story structure, music, and deliverables vary.
02

Does submitting the form reserve a deadline?

No. Production capacity and deadlines are reserved only after Vowform confirms the scope and any required payment or agreement.
03

Do I need a finished preset?

A preset is helpful but not always required. Finished reference work, camera-profile information, and clear visual preferences can also guide the test.
04

Can I request culling only?

Yes. Select culling in the form and provide approximate submitted-image volume and expected final delivery count.
05

Can studios request recurring support immediately?

Yes. Select Studio Partnership and include realistic monthly project volume. Vowform may still recommend a pilot or first controlled project before a recurring plan.
06

What happens if my project is not a fit?

You will not be asked to upload files or pay for production. The inquiry can be declined or redirected toward a more appropriate scope before work begins.
07

Will my work be shown in the Vowform portfolio?

Not automatically. Portfolio use requires separate written permission.
08

Can I email instead of using the form?

Yes. For a simple question, email hello@vowform.com. The form is preferred for project inquiries because it captures the details needed for a useful response.
NOT READY FOR THE FORM?

Ask the question that is blocking the next step.

For a brief workflow, scope, or compatibility question, contact Vowform directly. For an active project, the structured inquiry form will produce the most useful response.
