WEDDING POST-PRODUCTION PRICING

Clear pricing. Defined scope. No mystery after the files arrive.

Choose a paid style-match pilot, project-based production or a recurring studio partnership. Every Vowform quote defines the service, limits, revisions, delivery format and deadline before production begins.

HOW TO CHOOSE

Start with one project. Build a partnership when it works.

Vowform separates standard production from complex work so you can understand what is included and where additional cost may appear.

01

Start with a controlled test

The $49 photo pilot lets both sides evaluate style fit before committing a complete wedding gallery.

02

Use project pricing when volume varies

Pay only for the culling, editing, retouching or film deliverables required for that project.

03

Reserve capacity when work repeats

Partnership plans support studios that need predictable monthly production and a documented style profile.

04

Confirm scope before production

Every quote states the inputs, outputs, revisions, timing and separately billable items before work begins.

STYLE-MATCH PILOT

Test the fit for $49 before sending a complete gallery.

The photo pilot is designed for professional photographers who want to judge style accuracy, communication and workflow with a small controlled set. The fee is credited toward the first qualifying full gallery when stated in the project proposal.

WHY FILM QUOTES VARY

The final runtime is only one part of the workload.

A clear brief protects the creative result and prevents a low starting price from turning into an unclear project later.

01

Footage and camera volume

More raw media, cameras, audio sources and event coverage increase organization, synchronization and review time.

02

Final runtime and deliverables

A single teaser, a highlight film and a complete documentary suite require different editing depth and export work.

03

Audio, music and story direction

Dialogue cleanup, licensed music, vows, speeches, natural sound and detailed sound design affect scope.

04

Project files and archive

Editable project files, relinking, long-term storage and special delivery structures are confirmed separately.

RETOUCHING PRICING

Complexity is reviewed before detailed Photoshop work begins.

Source-file quality, donor photographs, background detail, anatomy, lighting and the required output determine the final quote.

DEFAULT COMMERCIAL TERMS

Clear working rules protect the deadline and the relationship.

These are general planning terms. Your signed Vowform agreement will state the exact payment, revisions, timing, cancellation and file-retention rules.

01

Payment

New project clients normally prepay or pay a deposit before production. Retainers are paid at the start of the service period. Approved studio terms are stated separately.

02

Revisions

Photo projects normally include one consolidated round and film projects normally include two unless the proposal states otherwise.

03

Scope changes

New deliverables, missing source files, changed creative direction and extra review rounds are quoted before the added work continues.

04

Rush work

Rush production carries a premium and is accepted only when current capacity and technical scope make the deadline realistic.

05

Archive and storage

A standard archive period may be included, commonly 30 days after final acceptance, unless the proposal states a different period.

06

Currency and taxes

Published pricing is in USD. Any local-currency amount and legally required taxes are confirmed on the proposal or invoice.

07

Cancellation

Completed work and reserved production capacity may remain payable when a project is cancelled after scheduling or production begins.

08

Final agreement controls

The signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement overrides general website summaries for a specific project.

PRICING QUESTIONS

Before you request a quote.

The website provides planning prices. The approved proposal defines the exact commercial terms for the project.

Are photo prices based on submitted or delivered image count?

Culling is based on the number of submitted photographs. Signature color editing and local adjustments are based on the expected delivered image count.

Is culling included in the $0.22 editing rate?

No. Culling and signature editing are separate services because they use different input counts and production steps.

Does the $49 pilot apply to film editing?

The published $49 pilot is for up to 75 selected photographs. Film tests are scoped separately according to footage, runtime and the requested editing exercise.

Are revisions included?

Yes, according to the proposal. Photo work normally includes one consolidated revision round and film work normally includes two unless stated otherwise.

Can I combine culling, color editing and retouching?

Yes. The quote can combine services while keeping each item visible so standard gallery work is not confused with complex Photoshop work.

What is a standard gallery for partnership plans?

Unless the agreement states otherwise, the planning limit is up to 2,500 submitted photographs and 700 delivered photographs per gallery.

Can I be invoiced in GBP, CAD or AUD?

Vowform may quote or invoice an agreed local-currency amount where supported. The final currency and amount are confirmed before payment.

Are music licenses included in film pricing?

Not automatically. The client may supply licensed music or Vowform can document separately billed sourcing when included in the project scope.

Do unused partnership projects roll over?

Not automatically. Capacity and rollover rules are confirmed in the partnership agreement because production time is reserved in advance.

Can the final price change after files are reviewed?

The final quote may change before production if the actual files, counts or complexity differ materially from the inquiry. Vowform confirms the revised scope before work begins.
